This space constitutes a secure and confidential instrument through which to report any action or omission that may constitute a breach of European Union law or a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense. To this end, Joumma Bags, S.L. makes available to anyone who deems it appropriate this whistleblowing channel, configured and managed in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of regulations and combating corruption, and embedded within the Crime Prevention Program that the company has in place. The principles and guarantees of the channel as well as the use of the enabled platform are detailed in the Policy of the Internal Information System and Management Procedure, which is attached to this space and can be downloaded in PDF format. This channel is not the communication route for:

• Labor-related claims such as payroll, schedules, etc.
• Claims related to situations of non-payment.
• Complaints lacking a manifestly well-founded basis or facts to support them.
• Emergency situations requiring urgent management, such as a threat to life or property.

In the use of this channel, the anonymity of those who do not wish to provide their identity at the time of submitting the report is guaranteed. Likewise, Joumma Bags, S.L. will not attempt to proactively ascertain their identity. If the informant identifies themselves, maximum confidentiality will be ensured. In any case, the whistleblower will have the possibility to know the status of their communication.
